We provide 3 days replacement facility for our products. The following conditions will be followed for replacement facility.

  1. The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Refund will be given only for product unavailability

 

Valid reasons to return an item:

  1. Manufacturing Fault
  2. Delivery of wrong product
  3. Delivery of defective product
  4. If the product does not conform to the information described on the website

Further Information About Return

  1. Return request should be made 24 hours from the date of purchase and should initiate return within 3 days from the date of request. The return item must be original, undamaged, everything included in intact packaging. Intact packaging refers to manufacturer packaging as the product delivered to you.
  2. If the product is not intact, original, damaged,accessories lost, packaging damaged then we have right to refuse refund request or deduct 80 % of the product value. If everything as its fulfills our return policy, we are happy to provide full refund.
  3. In the case of color, size of same product, we will provide exchange free for one time only. You will bear the return and courier charges. If it is a case of different product, price will be adjusted as per product price. We request you to choose the right product and read the descriptions before order.
  4. If there any problem from our side, we will offer free returns or else you will be charged for return and courier fees. If you request exchange after product dispatched, you will bear the return and courier charges.

 

Return/Replacement will not accept if :

  1. There is any physical damage
  2. If the returned product condition is not same as shipped product condition
  3. Product is burned or something like this
  4. The product is not used the way it should be used
  5. Change of mind

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be made through the medium through which the payment was made
  2. If order cancellation request made after full payment and the product is not delivered, then the gateway transaction charge will be deducted from total amount.
  3. If the refund request made upon return policy, then refund will be given only if product is unavailable.
  4. Refund on Bkash : Gateway charges will not be reimbursed to account holder in bKash refund or reverse cases.
