What is the Delivery Charges?

We charge for delivery of your product but the charge depends where you want to take the delivery. Also Delivery charges depends on product weight.

Dhaka City

Delivery inside Dhaka city usually delivered overnight if the order placed within 4 pm. Exceptional cases may take 2-3 days to delivery. Inside Dhaka city our delivery charge is 60 tk if the order weigh 0-500 gm. Charges will increase as the order weight increases.

Dhaka Suburbs

Dhaka suburbs areas are Savar, Gazipur, Keraniganj. This area will be treated as outside Dhaka. Dhaka suburbs delivery time 1-2 days if the order placed within 4 pm. Exceptional cases may take 2-3 days to delivery Outside Dhaka delivery charge 100 tk if the order weight between 0-500 gm. Charges will increase as the order weight increases.

Nationwide Delivery

We work with different courier services for nationwide delivery depending on your location. Outside Dhaka delivery time 5-7 days if the order placed within 4 pm. Outside Dhaka delivery charge 100 tk if the order weight between 0-500 gm. Charges will increase as the order weight increases.

Can I pickup from your location?

We are providing limited pickup facility from our location. If you want to pickup your order, please contact on our facebook page to inform. Our pickup time 5pm to 7 pm. However, pickup time and availability will depend on situation.

How do I track my order?

Once your order shipped to courier, you will get an sms from them. Also you can go through your Order status page to track your order. Generally order placed within 4 pm are dispatched in same day.

Can I Change my delivery location?

If you want to change your delivery location please contact us on our facebook page as early as possible. we will unable to change delivery location once your order is dispatched.
