2. Delivery Time frames Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the availability of the product, and other factors. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an estimated delivery time during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times are approximate, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

3. Shipping Methods We offer next day delivery within Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna City. Other Cities delivery may take 3-4 days depending on situation.

4. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are determined based on the shipping method you select, the weight and dimensions of the product(s) in your order, and your delivery location. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, and you will have the opportunity to review and confirm it before completing your purchase.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact information you provided during checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts Our delivery partner will make multiple attempts to deliver your order to the provided shipping address. If no one is available to receive the package after several attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional fees for re delivery may apply.

7. Delivery Confirmation Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS.

8. Delayed Deliveries While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other external factors may cause delays. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed about any delays and work to expedite your order’s delivery.
